Storm Recovery Funding Mobilized
Hurricane Helene’s impact in late 2024 was devastating and far-reaching. This once-in-a-century storm ravaged our small mountain communities, leaving physical, emotional, and financial destruction in its wake.
With support from Dogwood Health Trust, Nantahala Health Foundation mobilized Hurricane Helene Relief Funds to support emergency relief, disaster response, and recovery efforts for those affected. Recovery will take years and the dedicated effort of agencies like these:
